Residential Workshops
Living Creatively Residential Workshop - Monday 26th to Friday 30th August 2019
In this five day residential experiential workshop we will learn how to be ourselves authentically, to access our spontaneity and creativity, and to make friends with both our inner critic and the creative child. To do so might involve unlearning old patterns, identities that trap us, false limitations and road blocks...
Anna and Endel will use psychodrama, playback theatre, group analytic sessions and the natural environment to support participants with their personal and interpersonal process.
